Chris Brown's lawyer addressed the court yesterday claiming the leaked photos of Rihanna's battered face, obtained by TMZ and posted all over the Internet, make it impossible for Chris to get a 'fair trial' and that if the LAPD is behind the leak they would try to seek a dismissal of the charges. The trial has been set back to give investigators more time to find out how TMZ got their hands on the photos. May 28th is the next hearing. It was also ruled that $1.4 million in borrowed jewels Rihanna was wearing the night of the beating, currently being held in evidence, will be returned.

In Court With Tyra's Stalker

Tyra Banks was in court yesterday testifying against Brady Green from East Duluth, who has been accused of stalking Tyra. Brady moved from Georgia to Los Angeles to be close to Tyra and then to the east coast after finding Tyra's show had moved to New York, he had said he only wanted to 'do something nice' for Tyra when he sent her more than a dozen roses with a note saying, 'When I see you, I love you'. On March 28, 2008 Brady arrived in NY after a 28 hour bus ride and went directly to Tyra's studio. After being turned away twice for being too early he got into it with one of Tyra's staff members, threatening to slit their throat, he was placed on a 'Do Not Admit' list. He was caught, at a later time, trying to sneak in past security and was arrested a few blocks away. He was carrying three magazines with Tyra on the cover, a bible and a receipt for the roses he had bought her.

He was tased after resisting officers trying to take him to the hospital. Jayson Williams is currently awaiting sentencing after being convicted of covering up the 2004 shooting death of limo driver Costas Christofsi.

The star Of "One Tree Hill" Antwon Tanner was arrested Thursday for being a part of fake Social Security card scam According to authorities.

Antwon Tanner, who plays basketball star Antwon "Skills" Taylor on the CW series, turned himself in to federal authorities.

According to the FEDS the Chicago- born actor both "knowingly and intentionally" transferred Social Security cards in 2008 "with intent to defraud."

Tanner is 34-years old and will be arraigned in Federal Court in Brooklyn on Tuesday, April 21.
