DMX was ordered to pay $240,000 to a family he pulled over at JFK five years ago. Yes, PULLED OVER! As in impersonating an FBI officer and using a fake siren. DMX's deffense was that he pulled them over because they made him late for a flight. He was arrested the same night with crack, Oxycodone, Diazepam and a billy club. His lawyer said,“Mr. Simmons still feels justified in pulling them over when they didn’t get out of his way… he’s not apologizing for that. The gentleman driving should have gotten out of his way.”
