Brady Green was convicted of stalking Tyra Banks yesterday but lucked out. He didn't get any jail time. He could have gotten as much as 90 days in the slammer, but the judge felt ordering him out of town would be better justice and said, "Put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive. And that location is not likely to be the city of New York."
