Lil Wayne was trying to get the gun charges dorpped until his personal assistant admitted in court that their tour bus smelled like weed. Lil Weezy was trying to get the case dropped based on illegal search and seizure saying the officers had no probable cause to board the tour bus. The cops testified that they pulled him over because they smelled weed. Weezy had a strong case until his personal assistant corroborated with the prosecution. The judge wrote, "Also lending credence to Officer Hornung's testimony was the testimony of defense witness Terry Bourgeois. He testified that earlier in the evening, he and others were, in fact, smoking marijuana on the bus."
