Wants an appeal on the grounds of judicial misconduct. He says there were errors in sentencing and jury instruction, and because his jury wasn't diverse enough he doesn't feel he got the best sentence. He is currently serving a 15 year sentence for kidnapping and armed robbery since he strong armed a former friend who was selling OJ sports memorabilia. He claims he was getting back stolen items.
